Chinainlaw Law Firm was established in 2008. Chinainlaw is a law firm primarily focused on cross-border commercial affairs. We provide legal and tax services to foreign clients for their investments in China, and we also work with our partners around the world to assist Chinese clients in going global and investing overseas.
